  1. The spacers between the sensors and pads fell off after the first use. Turns out they re fastened with old tape. Fixed that Review by Eivind Martinsen

The spacers between the sensors and pads fell off after the first use. Turns out they're fastened with old tape. Fixed that, but the left pad is still a bit off. I expected more from this pad, but all in all I guess it is alright. I might have to change the left sensor - only time will tell. (Posted on 27/10/2009)

  2. It took me a few hours to fine-tune my new Blueshark Plates and to just adjust them right to the weight of me and my girlfriend Review by Michael Stadler

It took me a few hours to fine-tune my new Blueshark Plates and to just adjust them right to the weight of me and my girlfriend, but once that was done, they are just pure quality metal-plates. I'm so happy that I waited a bit and went for those plates instead of the cheaper, not very durable plates!

You have to re-adjust the the screws after some hours of playing, but that is usual for any such plates. Otherwise, one of the smaller plates with the arrows on them can get stuck, but that has only happened to me a few times and only after a longer period of not taking care of the screws, so the plate screwed me back(pun intened :-)

All I can say is that if you are looking for the best recreation of the Arcade experience at home, you can't go wrong with this plate, there is a 3inch version I think, but when using them on a hardwood floor with a carpet those babies keep exactly in place, so I don't know what the big advantage would be. When i first got my blueshark pad it was abit _ odd.
Left end right panels sunk more than up and down.
Right panel gave a lot of padmisses.

But i managed to fix that problem.
And the pad works perfectly now.

if i wouldnt have fixed the problem, i would give it around 2.
But now that it works as it should i give it 4. (Posted on 20/11/2008)

  4. Hello Peter Review by Mickael Lao-Pane

    Hello Peter,

    First impression : I'm a bit disappointed
I encountered a few problems and drawbacks.

Some panels sink more than the others (particularly the right and a bit less the left). Therefore they make a lot of noise and it's difficult to play hard songs.
I had to open a panel to refix the caouthcouc pieces above the sensors with superglue. Little remark : there's a bump on the pad but it's not cumbersome.

Despite a few "pad miss", the response is rather good.

My conclusion : It would be a good deal but there's too many drawbacks for a product like that.

I hope you'll understand my English.
Thanks for your attention. (Posted on 18/09/2008)
